    Dexter has over 14 years of experience in the chamber of commerce industry which has included work in the areas of economic development, talent development, and community engagement. Dexter leverages his industry experience and professional training, which includes a MBA and a certification in Organization Management, to succeed in data analytics, strategic planning, and delivering strong business alliances. Driven by a passion for community development, much of his work contributes to the building of stronger communities throughout the United States.

    Cedric has over 9 years of experience in project management and system implementation. Cedric has a passion for problem solving and developing solutions tailored to client’s unique needs. His passion for real estate investment, land development, and program delivery coupled with his MBA in Management lend well to supporting agricultural programs. In addition to Cedric’s robust experience in project management, he also has deep experience in business proposal development, behavioral change management, and large scale technology implementations.
